It’s a privilege to have been one of those for Elin.
A highly talented student, she arrived with me with disappointing marks and a sense of not knowing how to improve. She was in danger of throwing up barriers to a subject she felt she ‘couldn’t do’ – that could easily have become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
